Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a clean and spacious environment, but the amenities fall short of what I expected from a resort. While the staff made an effort to assist with our room setup, the overall experience was marred by a lack of atmosphere and underwhelming facilities. It's quite overpriced for what it offers, especially considering some issues during our stay.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this resort. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience just didn't live up to what I expected, especially for the price. The rooms were clean, but many facilities were either underwhelming or not well-maintained, which takes away from the resort vibe. The supposed beach access was inconvenient and overall, I didn’t get good value for my money.
I had a decent stay at this resort, but it definitely has its flaws. The spacious apartments were nice and close to shops, but they desperately need a good clean and some new furniture. I was disappointed with several amenities missing and the state of cleanliness in our unit. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid.
Our stay at the resort was quite disappointing. We expected fantastic amenities and dining options but faced numerous issues. The rooms were decent but lacked brightness and personality, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. It's a shame because the potential is there, but we certainly felt that overall, the stay didn’t match the advertised experience.
We had an overall good experience during our stay at the resort. The staff, especially Sue and Michael, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. However, the atmosphere wasn't exactly peaceful with disruptive guests during our first night, and I do wish the restaurant had more dining options available without a reservation. The spa was a fantastic highlight, but the limited pool access due to weather was a downside.
